Fat in my Body Part...

And now I want to know the causes that make the settling of those fats in each part of my body... And maybe more information about the fats in those area, which one is easier to loose or which one brings dangerous to us more...

Well... I hope I could respect my body more AFTER I know all information.. hehe...

1. Fat in Stomach

=> The cause of the storage here is from Eating TOO Much and Moving TOO Little.. It could also be Hormons, Age, or Genetic Inheritance
So before doing the whole diet things I suggest every one to check their whole body first, so that the effect of your diets work perfectly the way you want...

=> And one more interesting information that I found out that
Researchers at Yale University studied 60 women and found that the more stress they were under, the more fat they stored around their stomachs. And because of the stress, the hormons inside the body are playing crazy and that can help the storage of FATs a lot easier...

=> The BAD News is now would be explode... Fatty tissue that is stored around stomach and abdomen a lot more dangerous than the ones in other areas, for example in the lower body part such as buttocks or thighs .

=> What kind of Health RISK are they talking about? High blood pressure, High Cholesterol Levels, H
igh blood sugar, insulin resistance syndrome (metabolic syndrome X) and HEART disease.
WOW that DOESN't sound GOOD at all... actually kind of scary.. don't you think??

2. Fat in Thighs and Hips

=> Well, the cause would be the same as fat in stomach area which are Eating too MUCH of bad stuffs and too little exercise.. And also Genes is mostly the one that responsible for this one.

=> But you what, I read more GOOD News on this one.. And here they are..

Female hip and thigh fat present substantially LESS health RISK...

b. In post-menopausal women, heavy thighs and buttocks are associated with LOWER triglycerides, blood sugar and blood pressure.

Fat thighs are NOT permanent!! They can be transformed into thin thighs.

=> Unfortunately, the BAD news is that most women will always have MORE fat on their thighs than a man.


New Informations about BODY Shape ...

I found another information on NET... Those Fat storages also actually depend on our body shape.. I don't know how many shapes there are actually, but there are two kinds that are mostly discussed on FAT BURNING or DIETS themes , they are the APPLE-Shape and PEAR-Shape..


So.. what's the different between these two shapes??

a. APPLE-Body-Shape

=> Body fat is stored around the middle - i.e. abdomen, chest and surround internal organs, such as the heart..

=> It is also linked with health problems such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure and gall bladder disease.

=> The shape is predominantly a male phenomenon; although women are more prone to develop an apple shape in mid-life, particularly after menopause.

b. PEAR-Body-Shape

=> People with this body shape have hips wider than their shoulders. The Body Fat would be stored more on the hips and thighs area.

=> Pear Shape bodies do NOT seem to have as high a risk of developing health problems like diabetes, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure..

=> And usualy they lose fat easier on the upper body than the lower part..

Okay.. Now I hope I didn't stress you guys about FAT and I hope you can gain more information about FAT now... hehehe.. and for the records, the contains here are NOT from me, I just take form the NET the important messages that I think useful for me...

I just think I could share good information for every girls out there who have the same problems like me and don't give a damn about medicine words... hehe..
